Moon on a Stick?
… lower your sights a little and settle for a flash on one instead.
I always thought the Strobe-on-a-rope idea at Strobist was a really clever idea and a way to get your flash off camera even without endulging in Pocket Wizards or eBay triggers; an Off-Camera Shoe Cord lying around was the only “serious” equipment needed… But alas, I didn’t even have one of these to play with… until yesterday…

The .com to .net transition…
It’s a long (very long) and annoying story of domain name expiration, but after more than a month without a methinksperchance to my name I have the site back up and running, though on a .net now as some $%*&* advert company has snapped the .com up for a year… Ho hum.
Anyway, it gave me a chance to revamp the site nicely, slim everything down and try to integrate things a little bit more; only small touches really but it seems to make a big difference overall… Enough of the chat anyway, suffice to say methinksperchance.net is up, running and better than ever… let the posting commence!
